Returns
Shipping times may vary according to the type of garment that has been ordered and this depends on the amount of customisation required, fabric availability and studio traffic. Catsuits, flares, shorts and leggings currently take up to 7 business days to dispatch and personalised jackets up to 3 weeks.
These dispatch times do not include delivery times which are outside of our control after dispatch. Items are shipped using either a Royal Mail tracked 48 service or EVRI 2 - 4 day service.
If you need your item sooner please get in touch and we can advise on whether we are able to get an item to you more quickly than our standard delivery windows.
We offer shipping worldwide - both UK and International orders are sent tracked and delivered by Royal Mail or EVRI. UK Customs duty and fees may apply to international orders and are not included in our shipping costs. Customers are responsible for paying these on arrival of goods into customs. If these fees are not paid for and the items are returned, shipping and admin fees are deducted from refunds.
Any issues with delivery or lost parcels can only be raised by us opening a case with either Royal Mail or EVRI 10 working days after the order has been posted and any refunds can only be issued once the case has been investigated and resolved.
*To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, custom jacket orders must be placed by 1st December. Orders placed after this date may not arrive before Christmas.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-customised pieces within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Items must be in brand new condition with tags still attached. Postage costs are paid by customers.
The original shipping charge on your order is non-refundable, unless you are returning a faulty item, in which case we will refund you for both the outbound and return shipping costs.

If you are returning items from outside the UK, please mark the package “Returned Goods” otherwise you may be liable for import charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
When we receive your item, we will inspect it and if for any reason we can not accept it as a return we will email. Disco Baby cannot refund for goods lost in the post.
We will try our best to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible but please note this may take around 8 - 10 working days from receipt of your parcel.
